Financial Consultant/Commercial Loan Consultant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for various loan products.
2. Schedule meetings or appointments for clients to further discuss loan options or finalize the loan application process.
3. Contact existing or potential clients who have expressed interest in loan products, either through inquiries or company databases.
4. Assist customers in filling out loan application forms and ensure they provide all necessary documentation for loan approval.
5. Answer customer queries and resolve any doubts related to the loan process, including application steps, documentation, and disbursement.
6. Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure smooth transitions during the loan application.
7. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, loan application statuses, and follow-up actions.
8. Report on call outcomes, sales performance, and customer feedback.
9. Track and record customer interactions, feedback, and progress.
10. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information throughout the loan process.
11. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, or loan applications initiated.
