Finance Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling all vendors GST and non-GST invoice processing and verifying as supervisor
2. Improving & monitoring the vendor payments cycle and ensuring that all the payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time.
3. Tracking, monitoring & controlling of all the expenses and establishing checkpoints for accruals, accounting and internal controls to ensure accounting policies are followed.
4. Coordinating and interacting with statutory auditors for annual financial results.
5. Preparing functional reporting of standalone group/standalone segment P&L reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.
6. Preparing bank reconciliation/debtors & creditors reconciliation/inter-company reconciliation.
7. Preparing & publishing budget vs. actual expenses for variance analysis report and critically evaluating all elements to identify the reason for surplus/deficit and providing the analysis to senior management.
