About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing of major account/sales strategy with the identification of opportunities and winning opportunities with an eye on increasing market share and maximizing customer retention.
2. Responsibilities for key accounts relationships with key customers in the region
3. Achieving the monthly/annual business targets assigned in terms of selling, enhancing, and upgrading the high-net-worth relationships including the sale of new initiatives
4. Responsibilities for generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the broad suite of product offerings to our relevant customer segments.
5. Managing the high-net-worth real estate developers and brokers of the assigned territory
6. Overall responsibility for Sales/account management/sales targets to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.

Candidate must be:
1. A Team player
2. Customer champion
3. Result driven
4. Good written & verbal communication skills.
5. Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior leadership
6. Excellent presentation and documents skills
