Key Responsibilities:

3. Address Verification: Reach out to customers to confirm delivery addresses in cases of incomplete or unclear address information.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order confirmations, and address verifications using Excel or other data management tools.
5. Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or product inquiries by coordinating with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications:
