Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer assistance:
a. Welcome and engage with passengers, introducing them to Evera's services.
b. Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service details, pricing, and policies.
c. Guide customers in using the Evera app or booking through the kiosk.
d. Ensure smooth service for customers who have booked through the Evera App, coordinating with drivers to manage pick-ups and drop-offs efficiently.

2. Service promotion:
a. Promote Evera's services by providing information on features, benefits, and special offers.
b. Explain the advantages of using Evera for airport transfers and other travel needs.

3. Booking and driver coordination:
a. Help customers make bookings directly through the kiosk and assist with payment procedures, cancellations, or modifications.
b. Coordinate with drivers and the backend support team to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for customers, aiming for the best customer experience.
c. Address and resolve any issues with bookings or service quality by collaborating with the backend team to resolve problems quickly.

4. Problem solving:
a. Address and resolve passenger complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
b. Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department for further assistance.

5. Operational support:
a. Maintain the kiosk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with marketing materials.
b. Provide daily reports on customer feedback, booking trends, and service inquiries.
