Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and respond to inbound leads from various sources
2. Assist students with various roadblocks in their journey and ensure successful transactions
3. Develop strategies to improve retention and engagement, monitor progress, and coordinate interventions with students
4. Encourage and drive mobile app downloads and sign-ups
5. Conduct discovery calls with students to gather funding requirements and assess their needs
6. Collect and analyze data on student requirements and coordinate with various banks to provide a smooth lending process
7. Maintain accurate records of all BD activities and student interactions
