About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as liaison with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
2. Serve as the point of contact between top management and internal/external clients.
3. Ensure legal compliance, manage corporate governance matters, and advise the board on regulatory changes.
4. Manage shareholder relationships, ensure legal communication, and organize shareholder meetings.
5. Support the board with strategic decisions and be involved in risk management, including identifying risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
6. Oversee CSR activities and ensure they align with the company's mission and values.
7. Screen and direct phone calls, messages, and information, and distribute correspondence.
8. Monitor emails, and LinkedIn messages, and highlight them accordingly based on priority.
9. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
10. Manage the diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
11. Make travel arrangements.
12. Attend conference calls, take dictation, and record minutes.
13. Procure office supplies.
14. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
15. Devise and maintain an office filing system, both digital and physical.
17. Ensure statutory filings and compliance with relevant corporate laws (e.g., filings with the registrar, maintaining a register of directors and shareholders, preparing annual reports).
18. Ensure proper maintenance of corporate records, such as the company's bylaws, shareholder agreements, and board meeting minutes.

9. Should respond to emails and messages with the same speed as phone calls.

10. Professional and well-organized with skills in smart scheduling and adhering to the schedule.

11. Flexible to work around the clock, adaptable to work in various time zones and geographies.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
