Key responsibilities:
1. Business development: Identify new potential clients, reach out to them, and expand the company's client base.
2. Client relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Customer queries: Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend the best products to suit their requirements.
4. Vendor research: Conduct research on potential vendors to source high-quality materials and products for the company.
5. Exhibitions & networking: Participate in exhibitions, set up stalls, and actively network to build new connections and promote the brand.
