About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the retail space and inventory on display as well as inventory and visual merchandising for store and offline events
2. Managing customer interactions online (website, WhatsApp and telephone) as well as offline (customer walk-ins), including sales pitches for various products / services and billing
3. Keeping all documentation up to date
4. Migrating the current system to barcoded inventory management systems
5. Co-ordinating with other team members for a smooth operation
