About the job

Key responsibilities:
a. Sales Planning and Strategy:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
b. Customer relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
2. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
c. Sales execution:
1. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
3. Negotiate and close sales deals
d. Account management:
1. Manage existing customer accounts to upsell and cross-sell
2. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
3. Develop account plans to ensure customer retention
e. Team management:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
2. Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills
3. Ensure team members meet sales targets and performance metrics
f. Reporting and analysis:
1. Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
2. Track and analyze sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales cycle length)
3. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Other requirements

Sales skills:

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills

2. Strong negotiation and closing skills

3. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions

4. Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger)

5. Strong account management and relationship-building skills

Business skills:

1. Understanding of business operations and processes
