Key responsibilities:

1. Collect and consolidate Coolsoft contract documents for each state
2. Research and list state departments for each respective state
3. Gather contact information for potential leads, including LinkedIn profiles and email addresses
4. Research ongoing IT projects in each department, identifying project domains and relevant technologies
5. Research upcoming events in each state, prioritizing MBE-related meetings
6. Create and maintain an Excel sheet with detailed event information
7. Focus on EduTech sales by researching potential opportunities within state departments
8. Maintain a comprehensive "State Department and Contact" Excel sheet, listing each state's departments, relevant contacts, and details of ongoing projects
