Key Responsibilities:

1. Social media content creation:

a. Design and create engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
b. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive brand engagement and awareness.
c. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.

2. SEO management:

a. Conduct keyword research and assist in content optimization for better search engine visibility.
b. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies under supervision.
c. Monitor SEO performance and update reports based on analytics.

3. Digital marketing:

a. Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and paid social ads.
b. Track and report performance metrics, offering suggestions for campaign improvements.
c. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO tools.

4. Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

5. Candidates with 3 to 6 months of experience.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 10,001 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,00,000 /year
