1. Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients
2. Understand client needs and objectives, communicating them effectively to the creative and strategy teams
3. Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
5. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects
6. Collaborate with the creative, social media, and branding teams for seamless campaign execution
7. Manage client feedback and ensure accurate implementation of revisions
8. Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings
9. Stay informed about industry trends to offer clients relevant solutions and ideas
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management in an advertising or marketing agency
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
6. Experience in packaging, branding, and social media management is a plus
