We are looking for a skilled and proactive 'Channel Manager' to oversee our property listings across multiple online booking platforms, including Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and more. The ideal candidate will ensure listings are optimized, bookings are handled efficiently, and guests enjoy a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Experience with digital marketing is a plus, helping to maximize visibility and drive occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform management:
- Create, update, and maintain property listings on multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.).
- Regularly update content including pricing, availability, photos, and property descriptions to ensure listings remain competitive and engaging.
- Monitor platform-specific metrics and algorithms to boost ranking and visibility across all platforms.
2. Reservation coordination:
- Manage all booking inquiries, confirmations, cancellations, and changes across various platforms.
- Synchronize calendars across channels to prevent double bookings and ensure availability is accurate.
Guest Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Provide check-in and check-out instructions and promptly respond to any guest inquiries or issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Address guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Customer experience management:
- Ensure each guest has a positive experience from the initial inquiry to post-stay follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are prepared and presented at their best.
- Gather guest feedback and work to continuously improve the guest experience.
4. Digital Marketing (Desirable):
- Utilize digital marketing techniques to improve listing visibility, run promotions, and attract more bookings.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends and platform analytics to maximize revenue.
- Leverage social media and online marketing platforms to build brand awareness and drive bookings.
5. Performance monitoring & reporting:
- Track and analyze booking data, occupancy rates, and guest reviews across platforms.
- Provide regular reports on channel performance and suggest areas for optimization and growth.
Proficient with property management systems or channel management tools (e.g., Guesty, Lodgify).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience or knowledge of digital marketing strategies (desirable).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
