About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, calling and meeting in person, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Sales leader.
3. Attending networking activities and using social media to research and connect with prospective clients.
4. Tie ups with builders, adding connectors, business partners for lead generation.
5. Focus on self-sourced business leads covering home loans, loan against property, construction finance, business loans or any other financial products.
6. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
7. It's totally field 100% & bike is mandatory.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
