Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acquire new clients on board to generate new business opportunities by creating proposals as per the requirements
2. Responsible to develop and maintain assigned client relationships
3. Take end-to-end responsibility for all events (calling, meeting, negotiating, closure & campaign management & balancing the demand & supply for the live entertainment inventories)
4. Interact with internal teams for the smooth flow of each event listing and marketing initiatives
5. Track the ongoing event initiatives in the market for a better approach and generating support for the annual targets
6. Act as the point of contact for all small/medium scale organizers for the smooth & easy functioning of the accounts

Requirements:

1. 0-3 years, preferably in the events industry
2. Knowledge & experience in sales, business development, and client servicing
3. Good command of written and verbal communication
4. Problem solver & ability to multi-task and prioritize
5. Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
6. Flexible based on business needs and requirements
