Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with cold calling experience/outbound dialing
2. Be the first point of contact to connect with students for counseling and promoting our online programs
3. Assist with career counseling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone email, and in person if required, during the admission process
4. Conduct telephone counseling and video counseling if required
5. Guide students to choose the right course/program based on their Interests
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads
7. Convert leads and inquiries to successful admissions/registrations
8. Support the sales team during campus admission during the admission season
9. Develop & maintain relationships with existing & prospective students/parents.
10. Counsel the students; follow up with the students, solve the student queries, and handle the registrations
11. Generate leads at various forums to build a funnel in achieving your desired goals
