About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Outreach & Engagement: Proactively connect with potential freelancers via calls, messages, and emails to introduce them to SnapFind and onboard them to our platform
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support
3. Lead Generation: Work closely with freelancers to generate targeted candidate leads that align with our clients' hiring needs
4. Query Resolution: Address and resolve freelancers' queries, doubts, and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor the quality and quantity of candidate leads generated, providing feedback and support to freelancers to improve outcomes
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, reporting on engagement metrics and lead generation targets
