Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor the effectiveness of business development strategies and contribute to improvement discussions
2. Work alongside various departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving business goals
3. Conduct market research to support business development initiatives
4. Filter business listings for those that match the ideal customer profile
5. Segment prospects based on interesting events and key research points
6. Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and shadow sales calls and demonstrations
7. Work closely with data analysts and other team members to understand data requirements and deliver accurate results
8. Document data extraction procedures and maintain comprehensive records

Work Environment:

1. 6-day working week from Monday to Friday, with Saturday being WFH
2. Work from the office, reporting to the Gurugram office
3. Day shift with 9 hours working
Experience: Internship experience in Business Development or Fresher
