Flurn is dedicated to providing convenient access to holistic learning programs for children in music, dance, sports, and fitness. Our in-house designed programs aim to ensure that classes are both fun and engaging for students. With over 150 learning centers across Bengaluru, Flurn plans to serve more than 10,000 students in the next two years. Despite the challenges faced by many EdTech companies post-COVID, Flurn has successfully scaled operations and secured its Seed funding round in 2023.
The Flurn sales & business development team is a dynamic and rapidly growing unit that offers numerous opportunities for learning and career advancement. This role is a comprehensive sales/BD position, providing exposure to the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, B2B partnerships, marketing activations, and inside sales (B2C). This high-intensity role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in sales & marketing or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn & perform: Engage in a comprehensive business development and sales role, including prospecting B2B clients, executing on-ground marketing campaigns, and acquiring B2C customers.
2. Identify opportunities: Develop a target list of apartment communities to partner with for Flurn programs, executing B2B partnerships and marketing initiatives.
3. Conduct marketing activities: Implement marketing activations in key communities to generate quality interest in Flurn's programs.
4. Drive sales: Convert interested customers through an omni-channel B2C sales approach and become a product expert to effectively pitch our offerings.
5. Build relationships: Establish long-term client relationships to assist with account management.
6. Utilize sales tools: Learn and effectively use CRM systems, BI dashboards, and become proficient with Google Sheets.
7. This position involves 6-8 days of fieldwork each month, with BD/sales associates spending 3-5 hours on the field during visits.
Note: The first three months will be a paid training period at our Bangalore HQ, followed by a full-time role in the location for which you are interviewing.
