About the job

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development executive with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or software development agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in acquiring clients and driving revenue growth. This role offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work remotely while reporting to the office twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients.
2. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
3. Present and pitch our services (e-commerce development, digital marketing, software solutions) to potential clients.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Follow up on leads, manage negotiations, and close deals.
6. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
8. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
9. Report regularly to management on sales activities and progress.

Note: The successful candidate's monthly salary will be a fixed remuneration of Rs. 25000/- plus 7% of all sales brought to the company in that month. Only apply if you are fine with this pay structure.

Other requirements

1. 0-2 years of experience/education in a business development role, preferably within a software development or digital marketing agency.

3. Confident of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

7. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

8. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
