About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Involve in the full sales and recruitment process for the US IT industry
2. Communicate effectively with clients and respond to US vendor and client calls when necessary
3. Post resumes on consultants' behalf across various job boards, including Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Career Builder
4. Demonstrate proficiency in using the LinkedIn portal
5. Recognize and understand the terms and conditions of the organization when executing purchase orders
6. Plan and conduct feedback sessions for candidates who were interviewed

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Excellent verbal and email communication skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
