About the job

As the 'B2B Sales Associate', your primary responsibility is to onboard new franchise/channel partners. In this role, you'll be overseeing the acquisition of partners for Expertrons, with the goal of expanding our partner network. Your duties will include engaging with potential partners, presenting our products and services, managing the entire onboarding process, and ensuring seamless franchise sales to our channel partners.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with assigned leads for channel partner onboarding.
2. Achieve set targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned channel partner leads.
3. Evaluate and address channel partner needs proactively on an ongoing basis.
4. Responsible for converting leads into successful onboarding of channel partners into the system.
5. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from initial conversation to agreement signing.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in communication, relationship building, and negotiations.
7. Ensure a smooth franchise sales process to the channel partner, maintaining transparency and clarity throughout.

1. Who is a channel/franchise partner?
i. A channel partner is a company or a person who acquires rights to resell products and services developed by Expertrons.
2. What does the channel/franchise partner onboarding team do?
i. The team onboards business/franchise partners with the aim of improving the partner network of Expertrons.
ii. It talks to interested inbound inquiries.
iii. Pitches the products, company, business model, etc.
iv. Looks into the end-to-end onboarding process from pitch to handover.

Other requirements

Preferred skill sets:

1. Proven experience in franchise sales or relevant field.

2. Ability to develop effective sales strategies tailored to channel partner needs.

3. Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales management tools, is preferred.

4. Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prerequisites for applying for the position:

1. Should be available for full-time in-office employment (office location: Vikhroli, Mumbai).

2. Should work from the office and join immediately.

3. Should be comfortable with the 'bring your own device policy'.
