Associate Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. To source quality profiles as per business requirements within the agreed timelines.
2. To manage sourcing mix (vendors, referrals and direct) for managing cost and mitigating dependency risks.
3. Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs that align with business goals.
4. Help in the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies.
5. Assist in conducting employee onboarding and orientation programs.
6. Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
7. To adhere to the hiring process with minimum exceptions.
8. To maximize the candidate's experience of the hiring process.
9. Creating HR dashboards through preliminary analytics.
