As an accounts receivable caller, you will be in charge of certain duties.
Key responsibilities:
1. Making contact with insurance companies: When it comes to outstanding bills, AR callers serve as the main liaison between patients and insurance companies. To follow up on claims, find problems, and settle billing disputes, they give insurance companies a call.
2. Engaging in payment plan negotiations with patients.
3. Working on billing statement explanation: AR callers give patients an explanation of their billing statements.
4. Handling patient data documentation: AR callers make sure that health coverage policies and patient data are accurately recorded.
5. Being in charge of handling appeals and denials.
6. Using revenue cycle management: AR callers use revenue cycle management (RCM), which aids in hospital financial management and treatment delivery.

1. Only night shift: 6:30 PM-03:30 AM.
