Analyst Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
2. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for business performance.
3. Assist in the creation of detailed business reports, identifying key trends, patterns, and insights.
4. Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.
5. Develop macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas in Excel to automate reports and improve data processing efficiency.
6. Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
7. Support management in ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
8. Monitor and track key business metrics, creating visual presentations for stakeholders.
9. Provide recommendations based on data findings to improve processes and drive efficiency.
