2. Provide high-quality, personalized counseling to prospective parents.
3. Clearly explain the positioning and unique selling points (USP) of Elpro International School, including conducting tours of the school premises.
4. Accurately communicate the school's amenities, curriculum, and application procedures.
5. Efficiently manage time throughout the workday to maximize the number of calls and face-to-face interactions.
6. Promptly respond to inquiries and follow up with leads via phone and email.
7. Convert meetings into admissions.
8. Track fees and follow up as necessary.
9. Deliver exceptional service and support to prospective parents throughout the admission process.
10. Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections.
11. Reflect on, analyze, and discuss reasons why prospective parents may choose not to enroll their children.
12. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and changes in the education landscape.
