Administration Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with overseas agents, negotiating rates, and discussing with internal teams for smooth business operations.
2. Communicating effectively, both in written and oral forms.
3. Coordinating final pre-alerts with agents and handling the debit note process.
4. Providing daily service reports to customers.
5. Being well-versed in air and sea freight and having a basic understanding of related terms.
6. Communicating with clients to provide updates on shipment status, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Assisting in resolving issues related to documentation or shipping delays.
8. Maintaining accurate and organized records of all import documentation and ensuring they are easily accessible for audits and compliance checks.
9. Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in documentation promptly.
10. Checking debit notes from agents and updating the accounts team accordingly.
