The administrative coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by efficiently managing administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of marketing initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Administrative assistance: Supporting administrative activity, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, managing accounts, and handling correspondence. Maintaining marketing databases, updating contact lists, and managing inventory of marketing materials. Preparing and distributing marketing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
2. Campaign coordination: Assisting the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and coordinating activities.
3. Digital marketing assistance: Assisting the marketing team.
4. Data analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to track marketing performance.
5. Budget management: Assisting in managing marketing budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
6. Branding and communication: Supporting brand consistency by ensuring adherence to client's guidelines across marketing materials and communications.

1. Job location: Brookfield, Bangalore.
2. Shift timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
1. Candidates who have graduated from a commerce background are preferred.
2. Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a marketing department.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Knowledge of marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools) is preferred.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
