R.K Associates Valuers & Techno Engineering Consultants (P) Ltd. is a valuation company with over 30 years of experience in valuations and techno-engineering consultancy, offering services such as valuations, Lenders Independent Engineering (LIE), Techno-Economic Viability (TEV), and other chartered engineering services.
Our service portfolio includes real estate and plant & machinery valuations, chartered engineering services, LIE services, project reports, utilization & completion certificates, and TEV reports. We have 10 branches across 6 states, with our registered office located in Delhi. We have an urgent requirement for the following position at our Noida location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing and invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring all billing details are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Accounts receivable follow-up: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of dues.
3. Accounts payable management: Review incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and clear payments for approved expenses.
4. Monthly accounting reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
5. GST compliance: Ensure that all billing and financial records comply with GST regulations and prepare the necessary documentation for GST filing.
6. Data entry and record maintenance: Update and maintain accurate financial records in accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
7. Office expense tracking: Monitor general office expenses and reconcile receipts with invoices for approval.
8. Communication and coordination: Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment-related issues.
9. Financial analysis and reporting: Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
10. Administrative support: Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required, such as preparing documents for audits or supporting other team members.

Other requirements
1. Graduate in commerce.
2. Hands-on experience in billing and preparation of invoices.
3. Knowledge of GST.
4. Experience in accounts receivable (following up with clients for payments).
5. Experience in accounts payable (reviewing and clearing invoices from various vendors and general office expenses).
6. Ability to prepare monthly accounting reports.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel and MS Word) and the Internet is a must.
8. Strong work ethic and dedication.
9. Confident, energetic, and flexible with work timings (occasionally, if required).
10. Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
11. Possesses analytical thinking and reasoning abilities.
12. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred..
