We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized accountant to handle all aspects of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS management, with a solid understanding of financial regulations. This role will involve managing accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing financial reports, and handling export invoicing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage overall financial operations for Pearl Fashions.
2. Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts.
3. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
4. Prepare financial statements and documentation for export-related transactions.
5. Handle daily accounting entries and data management in Tally ERP.
6. Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS filings and manage compliance.
7. Maintain organized, up-to-date books of accounts with accurate records of all transactions.
8. Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
9. Process export invoices, ensuring compliance with export regulations and timely payments.
10. Provide financial reports and insights to support business decision-making.
11. Assist in audit processes and ensure all financial practices align with local regulations.
Note: This is work from the office from Monday to Saturday.

1. Proven experience in an accounting role, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
2. Proficiency in Tally ERP, with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial processes.

5. Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 10,001 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
