Accountant Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting:
The candidate will maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, and prepare key financial statements like profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. They will also perform bank reconciliations and manage other financial transactions.

2. Tally Operations:
Utilizing Tally ERP software, the intern will record and process financial data, including ledger entries, purchase and sales invoices, and inventory management. They will generate tax reports, handle GST filings, and produce other statutory reports through Tally.

3. Taxation & Compliance:
The intern will prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns. They will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Assisting auditors during the audit process will also be a key responsibility.

4. Payroll Management:
Managing employee payroll, including deductions, TDS, and labor law compliance, will be required. The intern will also maintain records of employee expenses and process reimbursements.

5. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
The intern will analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making. They will assist in budgeting and forecasting, and present financial reports to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

6. Vendor & Customer Accounts:
The intern will manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciling supplier statements and following up on payments.
