Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive loans (secured and unsecured) businesses through open markets, lead farming, and mining.
2. Create and drive alternate channels for sales along with regular channels.
3. Open up avenues for business through corporate channels.
4. Analyze business trends and sales figures to formulate new strategies.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets of a minimum of 1.5 Crore (secured and unsecured loans).
6. Maintain knowledge of all products and services and assist in resolving customer queries.
7. Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts.
