1. Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; and comparing the competitive models
2. Stay informed about the features, specifications, and pricing of the product available for sales
3. Greet & assist customer who visit the dealership
4. Understand the need and preference of the customer to offer right product
5. Conduct a test drive to allow customers to experience the features & performance of the product
6. Elaborate and display vehicle features, specifications, and capability to meet customer requirements & assist customers in selecting a suitable model that suits their specifications and preference
7. Highlight USP and explain finance, accessories, EW, RSA & Insurance options
8. Participate in negotiation and closing of deal
9. Complete documentation and share it with the back office for further formalities
10. Maintain data in respective dealership DMS system
11. Participating in marketing events
12. Responsible for monthly Target achievement
13. Work closely to achieve team's overall target
14. Reach out to clients through calls, home visits, and arranged meetings to spot their needs/preferences for web-digital leads
15. Giving vehicle demonstration & test drive as per the guidelines.
16. Ensuring customer satisfaction during various stage of the sales process
17. Maintain contact with clients to ensure an opening for future business proposals and sales offers
18. Attend training sessions organized to enhance product knowledge and sales
