Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with clients through field sales, regularly visiting them to promote our food products
2. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service
4. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and handle negotiations with clients
5. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales, and report progress to the sales manager

Requirements:

1. Education: Any Graduate
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in food service or FMCG
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-presented and articulate
4. Strong relationship-building skills; confident and hardworking
5. Ready to travel frequently across Kolkata and nearby areas; owning a bike is a big perk
