2. Handle lifecycle management: Oversee rider experience from onboarding to retention.
3. Work on smart sourcing: Identify and leverage innovative channels for rider recruitment. (ATL/BTL Marketing for lead generation).
4. Handle conversion strategy: Develop tactics to improve rider conversion rates.
