As a 'Field Marketing Officer' at 108 Venues, you will be the face of our brand in the market. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on driving venue onboarding and bookings through on-ground activities, client interactions, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Venue onboarding: work on venue onboarding and ensure a smooth integration of new listings onto the platform.
2. Client acquisition and onboarding: Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality and events industry. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry. Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.
4. Event planning and execution: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote 108 Venues.
5. Public relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive press coverage.
6. Partner management: Collaborate with event planners, decorators, photographers, and other industry professionals to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
7. Sales and revenue generation: Directly contribute to revenue growth by generating leads and closing deals.
8. Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
