About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support customer needs and drive sales growth.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
7. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
8. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
9. Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
10. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, and attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues.

5. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage territory effectively.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

8. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
