We are looking for 'Fashion Designer' with a creative mindset who will help us to give ideas for the decoration and styling of setups for events.
Your main responsibility is effectively managing website categories, curating creative content, developing innovative products and experiences, and facilitating custom decor projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Motivate and inspire team members to push creative boundaries and achieve excellence in their work.
2. Creative development: Create mood boards to conceptualize new decorations and products, aligning with current trends and customer preferences. Collaborate with a team of designers, decorators, and craftsmen to bring the event's theme to life through custom decor elements, including lighting, balloon arrangements, installations, and props. Ensure that all decor elements are cohesive, visually striking, and aligned with the client's preferences and budget.
3. Product and experience development: Conduct photoshoots for new products and experiences, reflecting market demand and emerging trends. Prepare presentations for new experiences, outlining inclusions and associated costs to facilitate customer understanding and decision-making.
4. Website merchandising: Manage website categories, ensuring effective merchandising of products to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to create visually appealing product displays and promotional materials on the website.
5. On-site coordination: Oversee the setup, installation, and teardown of decor elements on the day of the event. Manage a team of staff and volunteers to execute the decor plan efficiently and address any last-minute adjustments or challenges.
6. Post-event evaluation: Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and stakeholders to evaluate the success of the decor design and identify areas for improvement in future events. Document lessons learned and best practices for reference in subsequent projects.
7. Corporate sales and custom decor: Manage corporate leads and inquiries related to custom decor, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
