About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop account plans for selected named accounts
2. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
3. Plan, strategize, direct, and control all sales activities in allocated accounts, including achieving agreed sales targets and developing future sales plans
4. Build and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM and submit required sales forecasts
5. Handle escalated customer complaints
6. Communicate with customers to exceed contractual service agreements and expectations
7. Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise in the relevant industry
8. Establish contacts and build positive relationships with senior-level decision-makers in the relevant industry and its environment

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience selling ERP software solutions
4. High energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment, with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
5. Self-motivated to expand professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievement
