About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategize and identify enterprises within the Manufacturing Industry seeking capability building in their workforce.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key industry players.
3. Engage with senior-level executives to initiate discussions.
4. Generate leads from marketing and lead-generation efforts.
5. Strategically plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level executives of target enterprises.
6. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
7. Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful business engagements.
8. Consistently meet targets for input activities, conversions, and revenue.
9. Monitor and report on key metrics regularly.
10. Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential clients and pitch tailored solutions to senior-level executives (CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers).
11. Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk's L&D offerings, ensuring delivery of impactful learning solutions that result in tangible business results.

Other requirements

A bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field. MBA from tier 1,2 institutes preferred.

1-5 years of B2B sales experience working in the manufacturing/ supply chain/ logistics industry is good to have.

Value-driven sales professional, collaborating with clients and helping them achieve their objectives

Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and managing key accounts.

Willingness to travel extensively across the country

Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.

Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
