E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build the wholesale & retail channels to increase the business
2. Maintain relationships with all the customers, vendors & sales team
3. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the e-commerce platform
4. Create engaging content for website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads)
5. Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance
6. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online store
7. Manage online sales channels (e.g., website, marketplaces)
8. Process and fulfill orders
9. Provide excellent customer service and support
10. Upsell and cross-sell products and services
11. Participate in sales promotions and events
12. Monitor inventory levels and manage product listings

Skills:

1. Highly motivated
2. Proficient in MS Office & other software
3. Good analytical and logical skills
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with serious attention to details
5. Multilingual knowledge would be preferred (especially Bengali & Nepali language)
6. Team management skills
7. Should possess good sales promotion skills at the SKU level, wholesale & retail promotion
