About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Work on e-commerce management:
1. Manage listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.
2. Optimize product content and ensure visibility through SEO-friendly descriptions.
3. Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
B. Handle digital marketing strategy:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
2. Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including Reels, posts, and YouTube videos.
C. Work on analytics & reporting:
1. Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
2. Generate detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
D. Work on customer engagement:
1. Oversee social media interactions and build strong customer relationships through prompt responses and personalized strategies.
2. Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
E. Handle brand partnerships:
1. Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
2. Identify and collaborate with brand ambassadors to promote products effectively.
