E-commerce Account Manager P&L (Apparel) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales and return report for all the portals individually for all e-commerce platforms namely Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and Ajio.
2. Manage pricing and discounting effectively to drive sales.
3. Order processing, scheduling, and monitoring for online orders and coordinating with the various account managers of e-commerce portals.
4. Listing & uploading of catalogs, pricing & inventory management of product on e-commerce websites/portals.
5. Creating & maintaining product content/features.
6. Managing the process of catalog refining (descriptions/price/images/latest updates) as per requirements.
7. Strategizing for increasing online sales of the products.
8. Monitoring & planning of promotional activities at marketplaces.
9. Monitor online customer feedback and resolve queries.
10. All other e-commerce related activities.
