As a Quality Controller for digital content, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all digital content uploaded to our website and various channels. Your focus will be to ensure that videos, post-production materials, and other multimedia content meet the highest standards, are error-free, and are aligned with our guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content review & evaluation:
Review all video content, post-production material, and digital assets to ensure that they meet the company's quality standards before publication.
Monitor content for any inconsistencies or issues such as incorrect metadata, mismatched formats, and technical errors.
2. Proofreading & editing:
Proofread and edit written content (e.g., video captions, descriptions, and promotional materials) to correct grammatical, spelling, or stylistic issues.
Ensure all written content is clear, accurate, and aligns with brand guidelines.
3. Adherence to guidelines:
Verify that all content adheres to established company guidelines, including quality, branding, style, and technical specifications.
Ensure consistency in tone, language, and presentation across all digital channels.
4. Quality check of advertisement placements:
Confirm proper integration of advertisements within content, ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines and that placements do not disrupt user experience.
Verify Dubbing & Subtitles:
5. Ensure that all dubbed content and subtitles are accurately synced, translated, and free of discrepancies from the original version.
6. Final content upload & compliance:
Oversee the uploading of approved content to digital platforms (website, social media, streaming platforms), ensuring that content is published without errors and on schedule. Conduct periodic post-upload reviews to confirm that content remains compliant with quality standards after publication.
7. Content optimization & feedback:
Provide feedback to content creators, editors, and production teams for any necessary revisions to meet quality requirements. Continuously optimize review processes to improve content quality control workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, quality assurance, digital media, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in digital content quality control or similar roles, with a focus on multimedia content such as videos, images, and advertisements.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Familiarity with digital content production, post-production, and multimedia asset management.
Others:
Ability to ensure adherence to content guidelines, branding, and technical standards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to provide constructive feedback to content creators and production teams.
