I. Strategy:
1. Own, plan, and design digital marketing strategies across all online platforms, including web, social, email, and more
2. Own and manage the website. Own inbounds target
3. Implementing SEO best practices - on-site and offsite
4. Measure and report on key marketing metrics
5. Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to market to prospects, customers, partners, and employees
II. Execution:
1. Work with content lead to plan blog posts, presentations, web page copies, customer success stories, email campaign content, social, white papers, press releases, and video scripts - to feed to the marketing programs
2. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
3. Experience with A/B experiments
4. Craft campaigns and run programs that drive engagement and improve pipeline funnel conversion
5. Metric-based role with goals to achieve Inbound target.
6. Weekly, and monthly reporting on the performance of the website and marketing channels
7. Run technical SEO motions to increase and maintain SERPs on targeted keywords
Skills and experience:
1. 2+ years experience in writing content
2. Expertise in running integrated, multi-channel digital marketing programs
3. Mandatory: At least 2 years experience in a B2B software (services or product) Company
4. Creative writing: Ability to generate crisp messaging in different formats for products and brands alike
5. Must have: Good verbal and written communication skills and good research skills
6. Must have: Familiarity with integrated marketing using digital channels, SEO, and marketing tools. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
7. Must have: WordPress knowledge, SEM Rush
8. Certifications like HubSpot content marketing /inbound Marketing will be a plus!
9. Must be an individual contributor with a global perspective
