About the job

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
2. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
6. Uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
7. Analyze our brand positioning and consumer insights
8. Help in shaping and communicating our vision and mission
9. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
10. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
11. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
12. Set specific objectives and report on ROI
13. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
14. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
15. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
16. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
17. Oversee social media accounts' design (timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
18. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
19. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
