We are looking for a talented digital marketing & e-commerce executive to manage our online marketing efforts, customer service via social media, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have strong creative design skills and the ability to effectively manage our e-commerce presence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design software.
2. Manage the e-commerce portal by ensuring all product listings, pricing, and promotions are up to date, while also monitoring inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
3. Provide customer service through social media (SNS), responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
4. Ensure that all online activities align with our branding and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
5. Stay current with digital marketing and e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

4. Experience in managing online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or others.
5. Strong creative thinking with attention to design detail and content quality.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
