Key responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Admin: Update guest records, bookings, and property details. Prepare regular reports.
2. Guest Coordination: Communicate with guests, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and act on feedback.
3. Property Support: Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and supplies for guest-ready properties.
4. Operations Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth daily operations.
5. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Effective Communication MS-Office

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Learn Excel

Learn SAS Programming

Learn Clinical Trial Analysis & Reporting

Other requirements

- Experience in admin, coordination, or customer service (hospitality preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with property systems is a plus.

- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Availability during peak hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
