About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with the company's services.
2. Proactively monitor customer accounts to anticipate and address any issues before they become problems.
3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for any business possibilities.
4. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any technical issues or service disruptions promptly.
5. Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to help improve services, and processes.
6. Coordinate with the sales team, technicians for managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicate relevant information.
7. Ensure the adequacy of scheduling & sales -related equipment or material.
8. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
9. Handle the processing of all bookings with accuracy and timeliness.
10. Inform doctors or patients of unforeseen delays or problems.
11. Manage and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely completeness.
12. Coordinate with the internal team to schedule tests, follow-ups, and feedback to potential clients.
13. Track and record on service conducted, including leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
14. Assist in the preparation & forecasts budgets, and strategic planning.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication MS-Office

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in a customer success, sales support, or related role.

2. Experience in a healthcare industry is an additional advantage.

3. Graduation/Post Graduation/Bachelor's degree in MBA/ BMS/ BBA, or a related field.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
